Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the El Nopal VIP program, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

VIP Program Terms

The El Nopal VIP program offers exclusive rewards and promotions to registered members. By joining, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Receive promotional communications via email and SMS
• Use rewards only at participating El Nopal locations
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Reward Terms

Rewards are valid for 30 days from the date of signup. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. One reward per customer per signup. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Limitation of Liability

El Nopal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the VIP program or website.

Changes to Terms

El Nopal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the VIP program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
